Delivery
If orders are placed before 2pm then we will aim to dispatch them on the same day, Monday-Friday. Subject to the products being in stock at the time.
We arrange delivery of the products you have ordered by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. However, the time taken for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. If you do not take receipt or delivery of the ordered products or if you fail to supply adequate delivery instructions, we can cancel your order and retain the products. If this happens, you will receive a refund equal to the price of the products, minus the cost of delivery.
Returns
You have 7 days to contact us via email notifying us if there is any errors or problems with delivery (of the purchased items) after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this. Once we have shipped your order and you have received the items you have 30 days to return them. The items must be unopened with the seals intact. If you send back an item that has been opened, we will not be able to refund you and we are unable to post the items back out to you.
Please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return before returning any goods.
You must let us know within 7 days of receipt of goods for any damages/faults or incorrect products received. We cannot refund or replace after this time lapses.
All our products and services offered by Do More Daily Ltd are legal in the UK. It is your responsibility to learn about local laws, import, customs duties/regulations before you order from us. It is your responsibility to make sure it is legal to import our products to your country, you must pay any import duties or vat that may be incurred by importing to your country outside of the UK. Any items stuck in customs are your responsibility. The information and products on the website may not be appropriate or legal outside the United Kingdom. Please check!
The Contract is between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce any of its terms.
Delivery is complete once the Goods have been unloaded at the address for delivery set out in your order and the Goods will be at your risk from that time.
By ordering with Do More Daily you accept all the responsibilities outlined above and accept all legal responsibilities for the products shipped to you.
